You can apply by phone / online if the details are the same as the previous logbook.

Send it with a cheque or postal order for £25 to:

If you did not get a new logbook when you purchased your vehicle

Send it alongwith your greenslip to:

** If you have not reciveed your logbook after 6 weeks and. not informed DVLA you may be charges £25 for a further replacement.
